Led by Jason Zieba, Bay MEP’s team combines 25-years of MEP drafting, design, and construction experience, including as the Director of Engineering and the Director of Purchasing for both Engineering firms and Electrical Contractors.
Bay MEP’s project approach features a prime/single point of contact — Jason Zieba — the firm’s Chairman and President, and a seasoned project manager with decades of experience as a proactive team partner in managing all aspects of your project’s design team. Jason has expert level awareness of the local jurisdictional processes and experience helping growing companies to scale in all local jurisdictions.

In 2023, Jason created Bay MEP, a team of engineers working with all types of commercial buildings including EVSE, office, retail, medical, life science, R&D, manufacturing and more. Jason brings extensive knowledge of building systems, drafting, design, technical detailing, and project management with more than 19 years of experience in the field.

Bay MEP uses 3rd-party Professional Engineers (PE) to review and stamp any design drawings produced by Bay MEP that require a PE Stamp.
